Qualifications
Detail-oriented & committed to delivering high-quality cleaning services.
Strong work ethic, punctuality, & ability to work both independently & as a team player.
Excellent communication skills.
Prior cleaning experience is a plus, but not required. We’re happy to train motivated individuals.
Reliable transportation with insurance & a valid driver’s license.
Be available Mon-Fri 8 am to 5 pm & some Saturdays.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional cleaning services to our residential & commercial clients.
Follow a customized cleaning checklist to meet individual client needs & preferences.
Utilize our methods to ensure a safe & healthy environment.
Listen & respond to client feedback, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Each applicant will be background checked nation, state & countywide.
You must pass the screening process to be considered.
Access to a smartphone & email (internet connection at all times) is required to access important job details.

Responsible for keeping offices, homes, hotels or other public areas neat and organized. Their main duties include sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors, dusting countertops, ceilings and furniture and sanitizing bathrooms, kitchens or other public areas.
Experienced Cleaner
Work in various buildings, such as offices, educational buildings, hospitality businesses, retail businesses and factories. Maintain hygienic and safe areas within these buildings. Because of the location of their work, you might be required to work outside of business hours, including night shifts.
Experienced Cleaner
Seeking experienced workers and supervisors to perform commercial cleaning duties at. Office cleaning, restroom cleaning, break room cleaning, lobby cleaning.

We pay bi-weekly through direct deposit to your bank account.
When and Where Will I Work?
Houses and apartments in the cities of Chula Vista, San Diego, La Mesa . Work is Monday to Saturday.
Do I Work Alone Or In A Team?
Cleaning jobs are mostly performed by solo cleaners. For bigger jobs, we send teams of 2 or 3 people. You must have reliable transportation to mobilize to the work sites.
How Do I Check My Cleaning Schedule?
We use software where you can see your daily schedule.
How much will I make?
We pay on average $18-$24/hr depending on experience plus tips.
